How can I arrange an appointment to view some of your homes?
You don't need an appointment. You can view many of our homes at your convenience without an appointment. Schedule a home showing or call the rental hotline (828) 551-8332 before you drive to the home(s).
How do I submit a tenant application?
Easy, you can apply online. For faster service, please fax a copy of your most recent pay stubs to (828) 299-9300
Do you accept pets?
We consider pets on a case by case basis.
What type of tenant/buyer qualifies for these homes?
Each property has different requirements regarding credit standing, down payment, and other factors. We look closely at your rental/employment history and ability to make monthly payments and less on your actual credit score. You can get more information by viewing the information on tenant acceptance criteria.

Does bad credit disqualify me from Renting?
NO, we look at your ability to make monthly payments and your desire to own a home. Current or past credit issues are not the most important qualification, however, if you have ever failed to pay rent or have been evicted, (unlawful detainer), please don't apply.
What If I own a home that I would like to rent/rent-to-own?
You can list it with us by completing the Property Leasing Agreement.
Do you accept section 8?
Yes, some of the property owners will accept section 8 see actual list for details.

We are located in East Asheville off of Jim's Branch Road.

Homes are available in all price ranges; however, you will have different terms offered by each property owner.
